Recruiting beta inspectors · Cohort 1

Your inspection report is your brand.

The link you send your buyer is the only part of your business they read cover to cover. We make it yours: your name in the header, your phone in the footer, your voice on the page. Nothing on it you didn't put there. We're taking twelve inspectors into cohort 1.

The pitch is the product

It opens on a phone the next morning, and it says your name.

A live link, opened on the buyer's phone the day after the walkthrough. The header is yours, the footer is yours, and nothing on the page competes for the buyer's attention.

Your name. Your phone. Your voice.
No platform logos on the page your buyer opens, no third-party offers in the sidebar, no ads sold against your client's attention.
Built to be read.
Looks right on a phone and prints right to PDF. A real document, not a screenshot of one.
Two severities.
Buyers see Safety Concern and Recommendation, while spec attributes live in the component table where inspectors need them.
Most of the report is done by the time you walk out.
Voice capture, photo annotation, and suggestions that match your wording draft it as you go. Two hours of office writing turns into twenty of review.
Our short list

What we won't ship.

  • No third-party ads in the page your buyer opens.
  • No referral cuts of your relationships.
  • No platform watermark on your report.
The deal

Free during beta. Lowest rate after.

  1. 01

    Free for cohort 1.

No bill while you're in. When paid plans open, beta members get six months at the lowest annual rate we'll ever offer.

  2. 02

    You shape what ships.

Half an hour every other week, building against your call notes. Inspectors who join cohort 1 are listed on the about page if they want to be.

  3. 03

    We move you in.

Send us your current export. We import templates, past inspections, and branding, then we're on the call for your first real inspection. If it doesn't work out, your data stays portable.

We're a small team, and the person who fixes it at 8 PM on a Tuesday is the person who wrote it.

The ask

Join the beta.

Five questions, and we reply within two business days with an onboarding call, a migration plan, and a date for your first inspection.

Cohort 1 · a small first group · we read every reply ourselves.

One sentence is enough. Be specific.
We use it to decide who we can support in cohort 1. No mailing list, no drip.
